The bestest girlfriend in the whole wide world has just informed me that she will be taking me to Hawaii for my birthday! One week in Kona on the big island, and then two weeks backpacking style on Kauai. I travel armed with camera and intentions on return with the makings of another series of works. If anyone has any specific advice, please contact me ... I'd love to hear it.
